I have a plug that is rather tight. Any suggestions on what to use to loosen it up?

second, what's the torque used for installing new plugs? NGK says 17-19 'lbs on an aluminum head, 21-24 on cast iron. I guess I don't know which the vr4 has.

Last, .28 on the gap, correct?

Thanks in advance!

The head is aluminum. That plug gap is what I used. And turn harder? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

English Racing soaked the plug hole in a penetrating lubricant. I just gave the plug a little twist and it felt like it gave a bit. I'm going to wait for the car to cool and see if I can get it out. Then I'll replace the plugs and continue with the post tune diags.
