I hooked up the buzz tester to the posts and didn't get any distinctive buzzes to reade a code. Couple of different length buzzes the. One steady loud BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ over and over again non stop

that is normal output when you have no codes.
Output is long or short. What you are hearing is continous short output which is normal. If you had a code they would be output long/short one by one and then repeat. Kind of like morse code.

Well I cleared my CEL then created a new one via unplugging the TPS. When I tested with the buzzer I got 2 long and 4 short. 24 isn't a TPS code lol. Plugged the TPS back in and cleared the CEL... Went back to even solid repeated beeps.

Who knows.
