Snapped Clutch Master Cylinder mounting Stud

I overtorqued the lower nut when replacing the clutch master cylinder and snapped the stud. One nut isn't enough in this case and the master cylinder pops up on the broken side when disengaging the clutch.

Any idea what needs to be done? I wish it was the upper one but unfortunately it is the lower one which seems harder to get to or get a hammer to.

Thanks!

Gotta do whatever is necessary to replace it. Haven't looked at it to be more specific at this point.
