Relocated throttle cable?

I know I saw this somewhere before from either Curtis or Terry but I cant seem to find the link from searching?

Most of us run it under the intake & back up ESP. When going to no cruise.

 

Will it still work with the standard cable I like my cruise control is there a write up on this or is as simple as just running the cable underneath like you said pics would be great too thanks...

Mine is a custom shortened one. The cable started life as a short cable for the cruise, then had an end installed onto it, with a custom bracket that bolts to the existing throttle cable mounts.
