I am currently working on rebuilding my engine.
right now try to build toward the 400 hp mark. But would like to have room to grow into later and not have to do this again.
Currently have a big 16 g. Might keep it might replace it haven't decided yet. Have 272 gsc cams, kiggly beehive spring kit, aem cam gears, 3rd gen hla's, evo rockers, keepers.

Lots of stuff to add as the build goes on.
Right now though I am having trouble deciding what rod piston combo to go with. Something that will be good now, but better later, once I get the time and understanding to go beyond 400 hp.

Yes I am new this is my first time around so I have lot's to learn. As always any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Seems I have put a lot of thought into this for my build I think that I've finally settled with manley rods and ross pistons. This was after reading a lot of other peoples build and info from this sit.

The standard Eagle/Wiseco/similar setup will suffice all the way up to and past your needs for quite a while, plus it's relatively cost-effective as well.
