MPI relay question

I think i need a new one........this might be the ultimate newbie question but will all DSM's MPI relays work?
I was planning on hitting the junk yard and finding a few.

i think they will, (im pretty sure mine is from a dsm) just make sure you get one from the same engine type as your own. the sohc engine mpi relay has 8 prongs, and the dohc mpi relay has 10 or 12 i believe, best thing to do is check what yours looks like on the inside (just the prongs that is) and maybe take a picture, and hunt away!

im sure that if im wrong that someone will correct me, but im fairly certain that im right. i had to change my mpi (or MFI) relay when i swapped out my sohc, for a dohc NA.
