mbc question

This may be a stupid question but i can't seem to find the answer. How much should I have to turn up my mbc to turn up boost? I have turned it 2 full revolutions and have only gone up roughly 2 psi over spring pressure, it's a 15 pound spring.

Sounds like a Hallman all the way turned out, some times they take a few turns to actually start putting pressure on the spring.

Just take it slow eventually the boost will go up.
