I have also wondered this. Obviously it would be impossible to get an exact number but I would bet at least 10-20% will never see the road again. Due to being wrecked, parted, rusted out, forgotten, crushed, junked, or burned. The number may be even higher than that.

702/2000 is alive and well. Will be at 2025 Shoot Out.

Happy to report that 840/1000 has found a new home after spending the last 12 years tucked away in a barn with its previous owner.

She’s going to need quite a bit of work, but I’m committed to getting 840/1000 back on the road where she belongs.
