Fuel System Thread Sizes and Diameters

So I'm looking at putting together a -6 AN tank to rail kit and I'm wondering what the thread size is on the fitting of the sending unit. Also wondering if you HAVE to have the fittings for the rail custom made. Thanks!

14 x 1.5 mm inverted flare nut fitting.

And use the proper fitting. Don't read the threads on here telling you a 6 AN fitting goes right over it.
