FUEL CUT FOR REAL 30+lbs of boost

I made the rod longer and matchedc it up to the hinge on the wg that controls the flapper
Now I'm getting 8-13lbs of boost MAX
So no boost creep
But it will only hit full boost for about 2 seconds and then slam and sputter out. And then cut back in.
Could the small boost leaks be causing metered air to run out into the atmosphere making me hit fuel cut
My idle is still sh*t if that has anything to do with it.
Also throwing CEL 14 I think I havnt tested it in awhile
