Car idles higher AFTER recirculation/boost leak fix?????

So the car will not surge or jump around, but the idle is consistent. Ill drive it and it'll idle at 1000 rpms, next stop light it'll idle at 600. Then the next time I drive it, it'll idle at 1500 rpms. Pretty much keeps doing this, do I need to set the BISS the vfaq way?
