Not sure if it was designed for ap1 or ap2 hanger bushings. Haven't had the chance to install one yet, but if i do soon i will let you know!

These are pretty mellow under part throttle/cruise. Pretty much middle of the road, between stock and something loud like a J's 70RR. That big oval muffler they are using for a resonator really keeps things pretty quiet. Tone stays clean, and doesn't really get loud until you are at high load with lots of revs.

hmm, be nice to get one a stash it in the basement. I have a fujitsubo RM-01A for the s2k already stashed in the basement - I cannot get myself to mod her. I want to pick up a Ap1 someday and go to town on it.

Ha! I know. Mine is still stock, except for an ECU recalibration, which is more of a necessity on the DBW cars. Still i'm tempted as all hell to pick one of these up. I used to lust over the GT Spec back in the day.

Bump! These are sweeet! After 3 years, i finally decided to de-virginize my stock AP2 with one of these. The overall execution of this kit is impressive. No half measures for A'PEXi. Also paired it with a Fastline Performance Single Outlet Bumper Cap for a little aesthetic boost.

Rest of pics don't load - Can I see more of system and such? How it sound, any drone on decel - my HKS single did that and vibrated the dash even. But, it was the 70mm or whatevs, I used that for autox on AP1. Anyways, in4moarpics! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Dang Onedrive, i'm still learning the ins and outs there. I'll re-host with Flickr later /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Dude it sounds A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

No drone. Only gets loud when you smash on it. I'm so stoked on this thing!

Pics fixed, and i got a few more up there for you. LMK if you think of any other shots you'd like.

I DO plan on getting some video of this thing. I did not notice any drone under decel. It is surprisingly civilized. I am using the stock cat.

It was designed on an AP1. I had to experiment with hanger bushing placement to optimize the positioning.

Thanks, I know some AP1 systems, you swap hangers out to all AP1 hangers from what I have read. I have always wanted the spoon system as it sounds terrific and I like the small canister.

Only thing that bothers me is the bigole canister on this thing... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Oh yeah, it's big, which i wasn't wild about either. If it was N1/Hi-power style it would have been a deal breaker. The unique styling of the GT Spec canister, with the beveled transition from canister to tip, makes all the difference for me. A minor detail, but one that hasn't been copied by China 6 ways from Sunday.

Also, the bumper cap really ties it together, and the AP2 bumper seems to flow better with the bigger mufflers than the AP1.
