If you are patient enough will you briefly explain what advantages these stainless steel manifolds have over the stock ones?
They obviously look more badass, but performance or engine life wise is there large difference?

They flow more air, so they make more peak hp. But they also shift your powerband to the right.

The runners are half the length of stock runners, resulting in a wider power band. Basically, instead of power dropping off at 5-6k on a stock manifold, they typically hold power till redline. A dyno session would prove it, it is also a noticable different.

it all depends on your setup and what kind of power your trying to make. in my opinion if your making under 400ish whp its not needed as the 1g manifold can flow that just fine.

now that being said when i decided to build my laser a few years ago this was the second things i changed out in the car, the first being a set of bc280 cams and it made such a huge difference it the top end, i feel like it helped keep the psi at a more consistent rate. it made the cams come alive and kinda put my heart in my throat.
