Front left squeak when turning. Wing issue

Hi guys, i have a squeak on front left of car. Ive replaced suspension with bc's, and same noise, only while turning, or while driving over humps, bumps. Seems like its coming from steering area. What else could it be? Also, im having a hard time removing the wing lol. Ive tried searching around the how tos/archieve.. maybe i missed it? Thanks

sway bar end links? control arm bushings? could be a few other things.. take it to a les swab or the equivalent to you or any shop and have them look at it. just have them do a diagnostic.
