I have one missing T-clamp. On the outside it says "263 min". That is the only identifier. Any idea what size this is? How do I know what T-clamp I need otherwise? Do I measure OD or ID?
This doesn't answer your question but I found that I had a lot more problems with routine boost leaks every couple of weeks while using the T-clamps that came with the ETS kit. After I switched these out for regular old worm gear clamps my IC system held boost much better for extended periods of driving without developing boost leaks. It's just something to think about.

At this point, I would look into bead rolling your intercooler pipes. There is a DYI on how to make your own bead roller for $3 at most.
I ordered my ETS IC kit a few years ago now, but my pipes came already bead rolled. I don't think that has changed in the meanwhile.
Measure it.
Last time I checked it was a 2.5" pipe. + a silicone, so like 2.75" or 3" what ever you feel will hold it tight.
I run t-clamps and have no problem with boost leaks /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
Just tighten em' up a little bit after they have gotten hot, and loose.
