so i was about to change the rear brake pads on my '92. and i noticed that the pistons looked exactly like my friends 2001 Audi TT (reffering to the top of the brake piston with notches on both sides) his required that you twist them as you compress them. so for fear of that and not having a lot time i decided to just ask you guys. and is there any special tool? if so where and how much. or do you just put a clamp on it and squeeze the crap outa them? thanks

Harbor Freight sells that same little cube but its cheaper. A large pair of channel locks will work too, just be careful not tear the rubber dust boot.
