eprom chip identification

I need info on the contents of this chip. There is also a clutch wire assembly. It came with #415/1000.

The label on the chip reads as follows:
75/60/AWD 10.5:1 KNOCK
680cc 2GMAS 91 OCT

IIRC, it's a 7500 redline, 6k studderbox with 680cc injectors, 2G mas sensor tuned for 91 octane running 10.5:1 fuel ratio with the knock disabled at lower rpms.

I don't think it has knock disabled at lower rpms but instead the boost gauge repurposed as a knock gauge.
The chips with phantom knock code usually say so.
