electrical issue

So i picked up a gvr4 for $300. Its kinda rough but im thinking its worth fixing up. the motor was 160 across the board, arp studs, mls gasket, but needs alternator, OFH, and some intercooler piping. I found that the battery was relocated to the trunk. I hooked everything up to turn over the car, everything works excpet the blower motor and power windows. Defrost, cig lighter, headlamps, dimmer, ac switch all work but now window power or blower. I also noticed the door indicator didnt come on when doors are open.

looks like you got a project on your hands. I would buy a factory service manual on cd online wich will include all the wiring diagrams youll need.
