cooling fan sensor

I over heated my car again. lost count now but which sensor triggers the cooling fan to turn on? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

Somebody have the part number of the #4 sensor?

Or the 4 part number for future reference.

Not 100% but according to caps should be MD 069879
 

The primary fan is controlled by the thermo switch in the bottom of the radiator.
