I couldnt go Wednesday for their test and tune due to rain but cecil county says grudge racing friday. I have no idea what exactly that is. Seems like a pissing contest but I just wanna go down the 1/4 a few times.

It's street racing at the strip, ie challenge method.

Pool up by class(es), 12 second/13 second/etc, then challenge to the final. Bust out of your class time = DQ.
