Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator

What would be the best way to have a 1 to 1 ratio fuel pressure hooked up on a GVR4, Factory control unit or off of the turbo pressure tube? Thanks for the help.

Just hooked the fuel pressure regulator to a nipple off the intake manifold. Then you are all set.

The "factory control unit" that I believe you are referring to is the FPR solenoid. It closes off vacuum to the FPR for the first 2-3 minutes on a hot start to help with vapor lock/fuel percolation issues. Many people bypass it without much problem, while others have to feather the throttle for 10-15 seconds on hot starts to keep the car running. If you trace the vacuum lines, the other port of the FPR solenoid leads to a vacuum nipple near the FPR on the intake manifold. Look at your vacuum diagram under the hood.

Depending on what you mean, the "turbo pressure tube" is no good either. You need to plumb the AFPR into the intake manifold, after the throttle plate. Otherwise your AFPR won't really be seeing as much vacuum as your head and you'll run rich when not in boost.
