Yes, and if you want to replace the bushings in the front crossmember, the two smaller subframe bushings can be used (but then you need another set).
 

The subframe bushing set is designed for the crossmember that houses the steering rack. If you're only going to do the front crossmember than you are left with two extra bushings, or buy two sets and you can do both crossmembers/subframes.

EDIT, all of this is assuming that you are going to use Poly bushings. If you're going OEM none of this "bushing set" talk applies.

My buddy did his car with just one set. Two in the front and two in the rear. We figured that with everything bolted together, the end result should be basically the same as if we replaced all 6 bushings.
