I was curious if this was the proper plug to seal at the steering rack. Im still getting some leaking with a drain plug and crush washer.

Looks like the right fitting. I bought 2 that were -AN conversion fittings, I just cut off the AN portion and welded it shut. Also had o-rings on mine. Paid like $15 for the pair, were an allstar performance product.
