4WS delete!!

Hi, So I am sorry to post this like a goober but I have a track event coming up soon so I need to delete my 4ws and put my lsd in. I would like to know exactly what lines to disconnect and what fittings i need to cap off the lines. I have a napa or advanced auto parts near by so please help me out. Also I want my ac gone I ripped it out of my laser is it just the same thing.
