i dont know if the law change but when i bought my galant and my talon they had out state tittle all the last owner did was sign the tittle and i was on my way,they didnt ask for any extra stuff in dmv just for the sign tittle

if the vin on the door would come back as stolen the would have taken the car there no questions for further inspection jersey auto squad is very strict with the stolen parts

set your base time at 5*btdc, let the ecu do the rest just make sure that the afr are at about 11.0 to 11.3, get a w/b if you dont have one is the best tool to have when you are tuning
