I changed the driveshaft a few days ago. Sound is still coming from the side of the driver. Like a thump is going. Can it be the CV joint?

Check the starter. I know this may sound funny but My old rx7 used to do that because of the heat it was getting so once it was hot there was no kicking that thing over. Had to literally push start it every time lol.

MORNING everyone! thank you for all the great advice.I have changed the head gasket and she is officially running. I will say this. The previous owner did a lot of shady work just to get it running.I will use this block till I buy another one and build it. Afterwards ill give this one away

So I changed the water pump and I have to say it was fun!!! lol especially the timing part lol learned a lot this weekend about the DSM world lol.also it still overheated and its time to change the head gasket. I shall change the HG this weekend. lolplease wish me luck lol I will need it
