I had a used TRE build tranny in mine. It worked well, I never had any problems.

Well the car is coming along, and damn I dont miss cleaning carpets to much. Although I wish I had a van out here.

Not sure exactly but we just put the bolt-on-wire on the other bolt from the alt (opposite from the autozone marked one) and made sure nothing was touching and it worked just fine. Then we had the the new one tested and it showed the battery was bad so Ricky got another one and everything...

Its all good we got the car running. And Ricky is heading to Cali as we speak.

Hey Nick its tough to find buyers around here, I had the same problem when I sold mine.

I drove my VR4 out here for the past 2 summers with no AC. I kinda got used to it. I will say it is nice to have a car with AC now.Damn seeing this one kinda gives me the vr4 bug again, to bad I have absolutly no money to buy another car.

I replaced the alternator and then it will run for a few days and then the battery goes dead. My guess is that the new altornator is bad, but I dont have the time, space or effort to mess with the car anymore.

I have # 657/2000 and after several years of use I need to sell the car. The does need some work and could be a good project car for someone with the time and space to work on her. And it has some bad spots on the outside as well. My price as of now is $1500 but that can change.Mods...

Rattle can chrome is the best color. Think how much the east-siders would love it. Or just cover the whole thing in duct tape, thats a good color too.
