If you have your balance shafts eliminated, I would port the pressure relief valve outlet on the back of housing before the install. This helps with excessive oil pressure at high or moderate rpm levels. If you have a BSE done.

The p/s pump you need? There is a little 'post' that the wire goes to on the pump. Almost looks like a small vacuum barb lol

I think the one random wire may be the wire that goes to the power steering pump. I deleted my p/s but im almost sure, as this wire you did not mention but is down in that area.

Between the two widebands AEM and Innovate, Id have to say the AEM shows up way more clear on Ecmlink than an Innovate. Esp with the buffer circit, the AEM has a more steady line shown in datalogging. I have not had any experience with the NGK afx.

Something with the spring in the OFH I think does what youre talking about. I also remember that most ppl port the hole that the spring blocks after a balance shaft removal process, to releave for the extra oil pressure gained from blocking the oil holes in the balance shafts spot.Id say yeah...

Just remember that you will need to fill the engine up with more oil now, since the cooler is above the oil pan and it will drain back down in. Decent spot though.

If you really need to take it off you could do that^. I was unable to loosen that bolt from the car, but I did just enough to push the bracket away like you did to replace the rear subframe. I was able to tighten it back up again once I put the new subframe in. Does the bolt not tighten back up?

Looks great! The DSM harness will work, as long as its from a '91+ dsm. The tach will not work on the galant with a signal from the '90 harness. I think its from the transistor pack or something related with the ignition system.

Power transistor die? Check the volts at each injector an see what's good, if its dead it'll sound like its running on two cylinders

Check the ignition resistor pack. It could be burnt or is plugged into the ISC plug on the harness. Spark, fuel, no ignition could lead to injectors.

You can work with the stock fpr for your goals
