Now that is an interesting idea....not sure how i could make that work but it would def be possible. It just one pin on ecu that needs to see a ground. And it activates it.
As far as the gears lasting i had everything shotpeened and have the trans shimmed super tight. Everything is preloaded. Wont last forever its still a factory gear. 1st gear is a dsm gear and the rear is a 1g 4bolt really nothing fancy with the car, typical "DSM" mods lol
