Do not order anything from steeringrack.com, they told me they sent me a refund for my core and its been over 2 weeks. they are located in PA im in RI, should only take max 2 days to get here. When I spoke to Sandy she said they cant do anything about it. They cant even cancel the check and send another one. Also when I call they wont even answer the phone or return my voicemail. search google for steeringrack.com I cant believe how many people have gotten ripped off. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

Ok, I found out that this place steeringrack.com is the middle man for Qfirst Rebuilders in NC. I spoke to Mike @ Qfirst, nice guy. So instead of ordering your rack through steeringrack.com which has terrible customer service just call 910 452-3303 to place your order. They always answer the phone unlike Sandy @ steeringrack.com. I have filed a complaint with the BBB once resolved I will update. I hope to save other people from the problems I had.
