Our ECU's can do very little tuning on their own. There are 3 fueltrims, which are only for rather low airflow in closedloop, not WOT. You are probably going to be very rich at idle, but the fueltrims will help that, eventually.
The biggest problem with that combination though is that the 2G MAS removes almost 30% of the airflow signal to the ECU, so the ECU is using maps that are way too aggressive for the boost you are running. When you are boosting 15psi, the ECU thinks you are only at 5-6 psi, so it uses too much timing advance, which causes knock issues.
