dowel pin sheared off of crankshaft

Take it to a machine shop, have the broken piece removed, buy a new dowel and tap it home.

You really need that to keep the flywheel from hammering on the bolts and shearing them off.

I was thinking of locally but realize that probly wont happen..
should i check home depot?

or is that automotive grade dowel pin?
