so i cant pass emissions for the life of me hahaha any and all ideas to drop my hydro carbon levels and help lean it out a bit more will be very much appreciated

you're going to have to post more than that if you want help. Complete engine mods list, especially injector size, fuel pressure, fuel pump, exhaust with or without cat, miles on motor/head, spark plugs used and how long since changed, verify base timing. All of this will help us help you.
