What's the number on it? Someone may know better, but I'm wondering if you can't just use a '91+ chip in the '90 ECU.

The number? I really dont know, but I have thought about running my stock galant vr4 chip in it, but I know the 90 was a different animal than the 91 and higher cars, can some one chime in>>>>

I've run 91-94 images on 90' ecu's with no problems at all. Only the wiring harness pinout and some external components are different.

If it even works, you'll also need to note that AWD and turbo were denoted on 91+ boards via a few resistors. As far as I know, on the '90 ECUs, the resistor were not present and the AWD and turbo were denoted in the code.

I think you're looking for an E742 eprom.
