Item wanted: SMIM

As the title states, im looking for a SMIM. The one on my car now is a cheapy crap knockoff with 1/4" thick head flange, and i keep blowing the head flange gasket out (apparently 26lbs is too much for it) due to what i assume is the flange being warped. Read: chinsy, cheap, crap.

Rather than revert to a stock setup (which would mean downtime, which i cant have because its my DD, and buying a bunch of items and having to fab new OC piping, tbody elbow, AFPR plumbing/etc), id like to find another SMIM for a reasonable price of around $400. Im somewhat flexible on it, but id like to stay as close to that $400 as i can. If you have a properly working and useable SMIM your arent going to use, and are willing to "help a mofo out", give me a shout.

Thanks in advance, take it easy!

Yea it is a good deal for sure. May have found a couple, not 100% yet. I'll keep everyone posted.

Phil, the JMF is nice, but not what im looking to spend. I could maybe see $450 max to my door. Plus, that JMF would be a tad overkill with my setup as-is for now, being as im only running an e16g and its a DD. while i do have a t67 about to go on the car, but its still a DD, so i need it to remain streetable with a fair amount of botton end torque.

Know what i mean?

Appreciate the posts fellas! Thanks again!

i ran that same JMF back to back against a stock intake manifold. it really wasn't noticeable as far as lag was concerned. that's the same one i've got F/S that's got the crack around the runner.

either way, the one citymunky posted up, that forrester manifold for $375 is a steal, IMHO!

I have a Magnus manifold powder coated black with bungs for meth. If you don't want to run meth you can block them off. It has a q45 throttle body flange. I will let it go for 400 shipped. If you are interested shoot me a txt 336-602-8767
