a machine shop will have a hell of a time with that. ur best bet is disintegration. check out Witt disintegrating in addison il. ive used them several times for this exact same thing. it was $50 one day turnaround. u dont want a helicoil in ur turbo

I have a 16g hot side. It is not from an evo 3 16g though.

Have a welder weld a nut or bolt to the broken off chunk. 4/5 times the heat induced from the weld will loosen up the broken bit and the new nut/bolt will have a surface to get a socket on to remove it.....

If you don't get it repaired, I'll pay shipping to have it sent my way.
