Those are ROH's, they were made in Australia are were popular with the 89-93 Mustang Crowd back in the day.

yep ROH Reflex. They do come in 17". Were a popular wheel back in the 90s.. which is where they belong haha.

I had 15's on my Civic coupe back in the day. It was pretty heavy, but looked nice on the car with a 2.5" drop.
