Sweet shifter bushings

So I just learned from diego that u can use skateboard bearings as bushings with a little help from a c clamp. Anyone else try this to stiffen ur shifter.

I havent had dsm's for a long time. I owned a 91 tsi with minor mods and traded it for my galant now. Good cheap mod.
