SOLD!!!!

I have lost complete interest in this car and would like to see it taken care of by someone who has the time and money.

1992 96/1000 White,Sunroof, 177k miles on the clock

-6 bolt has been completely rebuilt about 6k miles ago
.020" over,MLS HG, rear balance shaft removed, compression @ 160psi on all 4

-ABS removed
-Manuel steeringzzzzz!
-Battery relocated
-'91 wheels and taillights
-JDM headlights
-New front bumper from Mitsu

Mods
-3" TBE
-ETS FMIC
-Dejon BOV
-255lph fuel pump
- -6an fuel line (tank to filter)
-ACT 2600 clutch kit
-MBC
-EPROM re-capped and socketed
-exhaust parts ported

Bad stuff
-turbo has been making a funny noise the first few boosts, goes away and pulls and boosts good though
-Front seat is torn and rear head-rest is torn
-Hood is from a junkyard and doesn't match quite right
-No antenna
-No boost gauge
-No A/C lines or tensioner, has everything else
-Typical oil drip from the turbo return line

Body and paint is about a 7/10 and it's rust free.
I'm 2 hours from Atl and about the same from Charlotte.
I live 1 mile from I-85
Any other questions, shoot me a PM.

$3000 is firm, it's ready to drive anywhere and runs great.

Edit: No trades please, unless it's a transferable Uzi.

Your loss. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hsugh.gif

Seriously though, this is a nice car, I wish I had the dough to buy it back.

I'm curious now, when you say "slightly apart", what does that mean Paul? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif

Closest example I could find:

Ahh if it wasnt for that green one, my Vr4 would have never been saved after I hit a deer. That old car sure came in handy.

This is just what I have been looking for, sadly my money is tied up in machines right now. unless you want to trade for a Pipe bender and a bunch of steel

I'm hoping this is still for sale at the end of August... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Well I'm not. I won't be dropping the price any lower. I want to get rid of the car but I'm not going to give it away. I bought it over 2 years ago for $300 less and it didn't even have a drivetrain in it.

And for inquiring minds, I'm not too interested in delivering the car. And if I did consider that, it won't be for free.

lol...I hear you on that. I'm debating selling my MK3 and getting into vr4's....I got a whole lot of thinking to do..
