Searching for a Galant VR4

Hello everyone I am looking for a 1991-1992 Galant Vr4. My brother is currently an owner of 1992 and He has put some work in his car and it is AWESOME. I am looking in the MD/VA area. I am from AL and I have a home in Ga so I can travel to purchase from MS-PA. I am willing to spend no more that 4500. Thanks everyone for all of your help.
