Quick question about Evo 1-3 intercooler

it should bolt right in place on the lower radiator support and the hood latch support but you will probably have to trim your bumper frame and possibly relocate your power steering cooler loop too (unless it is the same as a JDM one which if it is, it will bolt to the mount on the intercooler). As for the piping, I would just use reducers and cut the existing rubber pipes to suit.

If the US models are the same as the Australian ones you will need to drill the lower support for the bolts.
There should be indentations in the lower frame where you need to drill.

though having said that, my thoughts are if you have to drill holes, change pipes and cut into the bumper support you may as well go for a larger intercooler still such as an EvoX one which no doubt could be sourced locally in the US far cheaper than getting one in from Japan.
