POwer windows motor

Are all power window motors / regulators the same on every side? ds, front pass, rear left and right pass?

By that question i mean, can i use the motor from rear left passenger to front left driver side?
is it just the motor i can use or the whole assembly?

Left and right are not interchangeable. It looks like you can use the same motor on the front and rear doors if they are for the same side
