Potentially stupid question...will the EC5W grille fit the E39A?

I've been doing some further research into VR4s overall, and I really like the EC5W grill with the red VR4 badging and vent slits...just wondering if anyone has ever tried to fit that grill into a USDM E39?
Would it work? Could it be made to work, etc?
Possibly a stupid question since clearly they are very different generations, but I figured it was worth an ask.

Thats a big no go. Different animal but you can get the badges and make them work on what ever grill you have.
