My car won't idle :-(

I haven't really done much with it. I'll need to see if I can get my idle RPM up. The revs usually end up dropping too fast for the ISC to keep up with it when I tap the gas and let back off. I haven't tried driving it like this because it just feels too dangerous when I lose power everything when trying to stop.
