Latest VR4 Rally pics

Here some pics from the 4km gravel hillclimb held on the 11th of July in Wellington NZ. Practice run hit a head sized rock that bent the L/F rim(see pics),and sheared the nipple off the caliper bleeder(lucky not the whole bleed nipple!)..no other damage,the Michelin tyre even kept inflated for the next week. Bolted on a new set of rims and finished 4th overall. There was a camera in the car for the official runs so will put a link up to vid when its up.

 

Nice, looks like a lot of fun. When you hit that rock, I'm pretty sure it felt like your heart stopped.
