Is this a m/t turbo ecu?

The VFAQ has all the TEL and GVR4 ECU nos under Electrical - ECU Part #'s. Says that number is a mid 90 to mid 92 FWD model like Aspod mentioned.
Downside is if the casing was swapped. IIRC there is a thread on Tooners for the PCB numbers.

One way I've found to be sure the right ecu is in the right case is to pull the cover and match the number on the white harness connector inside to the number printed on the indefication tag on the cover.

The last 4 digits should match.

In your case it should read E2T36574 on the tag, and 6574 on the connector inside the ecu.

A bonus would be if it had an "e" at the end.

"e" is for e-prom /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

If it's there, it should be a 931 coded chip.
