That really depends on a number of things.
What are your goals for the car?
How much boost are you looking to run?
What is the rest of you setup like? i.e fuel pump fpr etc etc?

I was making a bit over 400 atw when mine was on ( just upgraded to a 6262 ).
I ran it a approx 30psi and it never seemed to drop power in the top end. Mind you I am running E85 so I can dial in a bit more timing than you could on pump.

It's crap. How do I know? Because I have had that same turbo. I got one of the first ete32 mutt turbos when they came out. I also was the first person to get the cast house. Spool is crap. Best I was able to get of 28psi bt 4800rpm's. Thats ass for a 50trim. And know it was not my tuning because I pull that turbo off tossed in the trash and put on a green. spool with the green was 28-29psi by 3900-4000rpms. No change in tune between turbo swaps.
