I've decided to go a different route.
This is the revised design.
Comes with two adapters. Looks like the one adapter can be welded direct to the IC pipe [not pictured], the other mates to a Tial flange.
Included is a brand new stainless steel Tial flange. Has the needed clamp and o-ring.
This will get you all the girls.
