Lightly used, but fully functional. Tested fine. The USB receiver is tucked inside the back, but its there. You can see in the picture how tiny it is - the laptop HDD is for reference and not included. We used it for our Home Theater PC for a while.

$20 + shipping - probably $10 shipped USPS with insurance in US.
