does anyone know where i can see how to do it I think i need to press out the bering right

I know this is no how-to, but:
1 - Remove inner seal.
2 - Press out spindle.
3 - Remove outer seal and outer race from spindle.
4 - Remove snap ring (can be a huge pain!) from inside of hub.
5 - Press out bearing.

Installation is pretty obvious if you get this far :)
 

I've always just pounded the old bearing out and had to cut inner race off of spindle. Then just hammered new one in (properly of course). I've done many this way.

That works, but pressing is safer. Your less likely to damage the bearing.
